Dallas Ministry seeking a Customer Service Representative; responsibilities would include answering: inbound/outbound calls and data entry.  Resolve customer issues, concerns and inquiries. Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills.  Must be able to multi-task.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, self-directed, team-based environment. Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office preferred.  Professional appearance.
