Harassment & Diversity Training

It is essential for all employers to implement effective policies and practices to prevent and correct sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

This two-hour educational training is designed to acquaint participants with the types of behavior that could be considered sexual harassment and obligations as a member of management to correct such conduct.

The session will define the two types of sexual harassment and provide real-life examples of actual complaints and lawsuits alleging sexual harassment. In addition,
participants will receive tips on how to conduct an investigation into a sexual harassment
complaint. Instructor is an experienced Human Resource professional
who has conducted numerous harassment investigations.
